Payment
Card online (Visa, Mastercard) — for all orders, processed securely by Payriff. Cash on delivery — within Azerbaijan only.
Workshop pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from our workshop in Baku. We'll contact you when it's ready.
International delivery
Parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a return.
Engraved items are made to order and can't be returned, except in the case of a defect.
Guarantee
If you find a stitching or material defect, we'll repair or replace the item free of charge.
